What is Tru Cal's turnaround time?

We offer various delivery packages depending on your specific purchase, rental or calibration needs.
For purchase or rental requirements, we generally quote 1 - 2 weeks to deliver calibrated units, however we are extremely flexible on the delivery lead time depending on your delivery needs.
For calibrations, we are certified to perform calibrations at our customer sites. For equipment shipped to Tru Cal, we generally quote 5-7 working days to service and return scheduled calibrations.For urgent needs, we offer free weekend calibrations. Also, we offer next on bench service for an extra fee depending on the equipment. Also to save time and protect your equipment, we offer free delivery and pickup for local companies.

What types of equipment do we carry and where do we get it?

We stock a wide variety of RF, Microwave, Optical, and General Purpose test equipment. We continually purchase and consign surplus equipment from our calibration and sales customers. Also, we network daily with hundreds of test equipment sources worldwide. It is rare that we are unable to source any test equipment needed. And if it makes more sense for another company to service your needs, we will advise you the name and number of the company/person to contact.
