The Keysight/Agilent/HP 8664A Signal Generator 100 Mhz – 3 Ghz provides additional specifications for phase noise performance for the E5504B Option E18A signal generator suited for basic receiver testing up to 3.0 GHz. With Option 004 (low-noise enhancement), it can be used for out-of-channel receiver testing or as a clock source where having the lowest phase jitter is important.
